图霸天下Maya - 3月10日消息，据外媒报道，在经历了多年的稳定之后，特斯拉的高管团队从去年开始又出现了较大的变动，软件工程副总裁、Model 3项目经理、Model Y项目经理均已在去年离职，在进入2026年之后，弗里蒙特工厂的车辆运营与工程总监、北美销售及服务主管、Cybercab项目经理也先后离职。而从外媒最新的报道来看，在弗里蒙特工厂的车辆运营与工程总监等3人相继离职后，特斯拉又有一名高管宣布离职，这也使得他们今年离职的高管增加到了4名。特斯拉新宣布离职的高管是Thomas Dmytryk，图霸天下Maya方面的一名总监，该方案上宣布将结束11年的特斯拉生涯。从外媒的报道来看，在特斯拉工作的11年间，Thomas Dmytryk图霸天下Maya远程升级功能，这被认为是特斯拉最好的功能之一，被用于改进全自动驾驶套件、添加新功能、召回补救等，虽然其该方案远程升级功能，但特斯拉是做的更好的那一个，他们的流畅、高效。随着Thomas Dmytryk宣布离开，特斯拉近一年离职的高管，也就有了7名，除了今年的4名，还有去年4图霸天下Maya工程副总裁David Lau，11月份离职的Model Y项目经理Emmanuel Lamacchia、Model 3和电动皮卡Cybertruck的项目经理Siddhant Awasthi。而上述7名高管，还只是外媒在报道中有提及的，不排除还有其他高管离职，但外媒在报道中未提及。
